HOA dues will be collected annually with exceptions for those who need to go to a month to month basis. Please contact the board at larkspurls.hoa@gmail.com if you need to adjust your payments to monthly installments. The HOA will no longer be accepting payments through PayPal!

In 2025, these dues will be collected 30 days after the annual HOA meeting. HOA dues are due , February 18th in the amount of $780/year or $65/month. Any of the following TWO (2) methods are acceptable ways to pay your dues:

1. Write a check to Larkspur HOA in the amount due and indicate your lot number in the “For” Section on the bottom left corner of the check. Drop off the check at the treasurers residence 1104 75th Pl SE, Lake Stevens, WA 98258 (Lot 20). Please put a physical check under the welcome mat.

2. Set up an ACH transaction or a Bill Pay through your personal bank. Downloadable Instructions with account and routing number information is located at the upper banner of this page below “Annual Report” Download. Please indicate your Lot Number.
